You may have noticed that we have increased the entry fee by $10 this year. A key reason for the existence of The Limberlost Challenge is to raise money for Trails Youth Initiatives. Anyone who has already participated in TLC will know that it is the enthusiastic team from ‘Trails’ who operate the aid station at Langmead Cabin. Limberlost is their northern campus. This year Muskoka Roastery is donating a pound of their excellent coffee for every participant, with the request that we use their donation to benefit ‘Trails’. They also see the great work that ‘Trails’ is doing with the kids. As a result you get some great coffee to enjoy and share with your friends, and race with the knowledge that you have helped an outstanding organization in their work to mentor young people through their four years of high school.
